The Premier Valves Cast Steel Ball Valve is designed for critical isolation applications, offering reliable shut-off in demanding industrial systems. Suitable for oil & gas, petrochemical, and power industries, this valve supports full bore and reduced bore configurations for optimum flow control.

Engineered with Blow-Out Proof Stem and Low Torque, Anti-static Device, this ball valve ensures operational safety and efficiency. It features a floating ball design, extended stem, and fire-safe construction—meeting the highest international safety norms. Mounting pads can be provided upon request for actuation adaptability.

Designed to BS EN ISO 17292 standards and tested under API 598 and ISO 5208, it guarantees high performance and durability. Available in ANSI Class 150#, 300#, and 600#, this valve supports a wide range of pressures and is manufactured in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 300 mm.

Built with robust materials such as WCB, CF8, CF8M, Hastelloy, Super Duplex, Alloy 20, and LCB, the valve is suitable for corrosive and high-pressure environments. Seat options include PTFE, RPTFE, GFT, CFT, and Peek, offering excellent chemical compatibility.
